PetaMedia Industry Workshop
PetaMedia is a EU network of excellence dedicated to R&D in the area of multimedia access and retrieval. PetaMedia is set apart by its exploitation of the "PetaMedia Triple Synergy," a combination of user-based collaborative tagging, social/peer-to-peer network structures and multimedia content analysis.
The PetaMedia Industry Workshop, organised on September 30, 2009 within the NEM Summit is a key event designed to provide a forum for active exchange between PetaMedia researchers and industry. The latest PetaMedia technologies will be discussed and demonstrated.
Attendance is free to all the 2009 NEM Summit delegates.
