Commercial Exhibitors
In addition to a high-level conference (400+ attendees at the 2008 edition), the 2009 NEM Summit will also include - over a 1000 m2 exhibition area - showcases and demonstrations of research results from key players in the field of networked electronic media and ICT at large.
The standard package (at a cost of euros 2,400 excl. VAT) consists in:
- A 6-9 m2 exhibition booth available during the whole Summit
- Two passes for the Summit (including each a copy of the conference material, admittance to the conference and exhibition areas, coffee breaks, lunches, and other social events if any)
- Organisation logo featured on the NEM Summit website
- Organisation logo, name and short profile featured in the Summit brochure
The package can be customised to fully suit any requirements (number of passes, booth size, etc.). Interested organisations are invited to download the exhibition form and send it back as indicated to Florent Genoux of the NEM Summit Organizing Committee (by email or fax at +33 493 001 560)

EU-funded Research Projects
R&D projects funded under the FP6 / FP7 programmes of the European Commission (or other related programmes), addressing network and electronic media technologies and applications are offered the opportunity to exhibit free of charge at the 2009 NEM Summit. Interested projects may send their applications until July 15, 2009 (extended deadline), following the guidelines provided in the Research Project Exhibitor Application Form. To be noted that selected exhibitors (announced by July 25) will be able to apply for the early bird fees until August 31, 2009.
